London, 22 January 2018: Tokio Marine Kiln (TMK), the leading provider of specialist and corporate insurance, today launches the application process for its 2018 underwriting graduate training scheme.
The two and a half year programme enables graduates to develop their skills, experience and product knowledge through a series of insightful and challenging rotations in TMK’s underwriting, claims, wordings and operations functions and a placement in one of TMK’s international offices. These rotations, together with structured training and ACII professional studies, help to provide the foundation for a successful career in underwriting.
Commenting on the launch of the 2018 scheme Charles Franks, Group Chief Executive Officer of TMK said: “We are committed to being a great company to do business with and a great place to work – and both of these aims are only achievable by attracting, retaining and developing the best people. Many of the graduates who joined us through the scheme have risen to the top of the organisation and continue to add value to our business every day. I look forward to meeting some of the future stars of our industry.”
