Tokio Marine Kiln (TMK), the leading provider of specialist and corporate insurance, today announced the promotion of Alex Dugand to regional managing director, Asia. Dugand takes up the role with immediate effect and will report to TMK CFO James Dover.
In this new role, Dugand will oversee TMK’s Asian business, spanning the Hong Kong, Singapore and China markets. Kin Lau, country head, Hong Kong and Susanna Quek, country head, Singapore will report to Dugand.
Dugand was previously regional underwriting director for TMK’s Asia division, a role he held for the past two years. Dugand has been with TMK for over a decade, having first joined as a reinsurance underwriter.
